Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what data PawMemoryGoods collects and how it is used. It covers this website and the PawMemoryGoods Pin Scheduler, a personal tool that uses the Pinterest API to publish our shop's product photos as pins on our own Pinterest account.
Who we are
PawMemoryGoods is a small handmade goods business run from Hong Kong. We sell personalized pet products through our Etsy shop. Contact: aa1412864912@outlook.com.
What the Pin Scheduler does
The Pin Scheduler connects to Pinterest through Pinterest's official OAuth login. Its only job is to upload product photos we choose and publish them as pins to boards on our own Pinterest business account. It is not offered to the public and does not act on anyone else's account.
Data we collect
When the Pin Scheduler connects to Pinterest, Pinterest shares the following with the app, which we store so the app can function:
- Account identifier — the Pinterest user ID of our own business account, used to confirm which account the app is acting on.
- Board list — the names and IDs of boards on our account, so we can choose where a pin goes.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens — credentials issued by Pinterest that let the app publish on our behalf. These are stored securely and never displayed.
This website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details through this site.
How we use the data
The data above is used for one purpose only: publishing pins that we have explicitly chosen to post, to boards we have explicitly selected. Nothing is posted automatically without our action.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
- We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to publishing our own pins.
- We do not grant any other person or service access to our Pinterest tokens.
Data retention
OAuth tokens are kept only for as long as the Pin Scheduler remains connected to our Pinterest account. If we disconnect the app in Pinterest's settings, the stored tokens are deleted and the app can no longer act on the account. Published pins remain on Pinterest under Pinterest's own policies.
Security
Access tokens are stored in a private credential store and are never written into code, logs, or files that leave our control. Only the business owner has access to them.
Your rights and contact

Changes to this policy
If we change how the Pin Scheduler handles data, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
